By accessing or using the Atlas RWA platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Atlas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Atlas RWA provides a platform that allows qualified investors to participate in global real estate projects through tokenization. Our services include investment share issuance, yield distribution, and a share transfer marketplace.

Our platform uses blockchain technology to record all investment shares and dividend transactions. Each transaction can be independently verified on BNB Chain.

Atlas does not provide investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. All investment decisions are made solely by the investor.

To use the Atlas platform, you must be at least 18 years old and meet the qualification requirements for such investments in your jurisdiction.

You must complete the identity verification (KYC/AML) process. Atlas reserves the right to refuse or terminate any user account that fails to meet eligibility requirements.

All investments are made in USDT or USDC and settled as tokens on the BNB Chain network. Minimum investment amounts vary by project, typically starting from $2,000.

Investment shares represent a claim on the economic interests of an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle), not direct ownership of the underlying property.

All investments are subject to lock-up periods as specified in each project prospectus. During the lock-up period, you may not be able to exit your investment.

A 3% platform fee is charged on each transaction. Management fee discounts are available by locking Atlas Token. Specific rates are detailed in the platform fee schedule, and Atlas reserves the right to adjust rates.

Management fees are deducted from project income and are not charged separately to investors. Specific management fee rates are noted in each project prospectus.

Real estate investment involves significant risks, including but not limited to: market risk, liquidity risk, regulatory risk, currency risk, and operational risk. You may lose your entire investment principal.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our yield projections are based on reasonable assumptions but do not constitute a guarantee of returns. Please read the complete risk disclosure document carefully before investing.

All content on the Atlas platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, and interfaces, is the proprietary property of Atlas or its licensors, protected by copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

Atlas reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice for reasons including violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements.

Account termination does not affect your rights to investment shares already held. After termination, you may still receive future dividends until you exit your investment through normal procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss. Atlas's liability is limited to the total platform fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration proceedings in the BVI. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the BVI courts.
